Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 October 2026 · Privacy Policy
These Terms govern your use of SOMPO AI (the "Service"), operated by [company legal name and registered address] ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
SOMPO AI is a platform for companies ("promoters") and individuals ("followers") that is being built in stages. At the time of these Terms the Service lets you create an account, set up a company workspace, invite team members with different roles, and manage your profile and security settings. Further features (such as connecting social media accounts, publishing, AI assistance, campaigns and payments) are not yet available. We will update these Terms before such features are offered, and some of them may need additional terms.
2. Your account
You must give accurate information, be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
We may require email verification, sign-in codes and other security steps. You must not share an account or try to get around these controls.
3. Companies and teams
A promoter company has an owner. The owner decides who may join the workspace and with which role (manager, editor, analyst or finance). You must only invite people who are entitled to be there, and you are responsible for the actions of the people you invite. Platform administrators run the Service but do not have access to a company's private workspace through the product.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: break the law; infringe other people's rights; upload or send malicious code; attempt to access other users' data or the Service's systems without permission; probe, overload or disrupt the Service; use automated means to create accounts or scrape the Service; or use the Service to harass, deceive or defraud anyone.
We may suspend or restrict an account that breaks these Terms or puts the Service or other users at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why. Suspensions and the reasons for them are recorded.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you put into the Service. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to what you provide.
6. Third-party services
The Service may depend on third-party providers, for example for sending email. We are not responsible for services we do not operate, and their own terms apply to your use of them.
7. Fees
The Service is currently provided without charge. If we introduce fees (including platform fees or payouts), we will set them out clearly before you are charged, and you will be able to decide whether to continue.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features are released in stages and may change. We may update the Service and these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to [limit to be set by counsel].
10. Ending your use
You may stop using the Service at any time. To close your account, contact us at [support email]. We may end or suspend your access as described above. Provisions that by their nature should survive (for example liability and governing law) continue after your account ends.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], and the courts of [city/jurisdiction to be confirmed] have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
